Rise and shine!

We serve regional and mostly organic products, including Bären ham, sausage’ and cheese from the in-house butcher shop, fresh bakery rolls, home-baked goods, homemade granola, our own jams and jellies, bircher muesli, as well as tea and various coffee specialties from the Hagen coffee house in Heilbronn.

A good start!

Breakfast is available Monday to Saturday from 7:00 to 9:30 and on Sunday from 8:00 am to 09.30.

Our good-mood breakfast buffet, including drinks, is € 15 for external guests, and it is really worth it!

For late risers:
On select Saturdays we offer our hotel guests our
‘Brunch with coffee, chats and a snack’ from 9:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. (a surcharge applies)
